Amanda Oller, M.Ed.

Associate Director of Student Accountability & Conflict Resolution

Amanda began serving as the Associate Director of Student Accountability & Conflict Resolution in June 2023. Originally from the Chicagoland area, Amanda got her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Anthropology and Leadership Studies at the University of Iowa, and her Master’s degree in Student Affairs and Higher Education Administration at Iowa State University. Prior to UNC Charlotte, Amanda spent seven years working in Fraternity & Sorority Life, most recently as the Associate Director of Fraternity & Sorority Life at Northwestern University. She has a lot of experience with leadership development, organizational/individual accountability, risk management, and harm reduction. She is passionate about building community and helping students maximize their growth during their college experience. In her spare time, she volunteers for a variety of higher education associations and organizations. She also loves to run, travel, try new restaurants, and spend time with friends and loved ones.
