Collin P. Ashley, M.Ed.

Assistant Director of Student Accountability & Conflict Resolution

Collin began serving as the Assistant Director of Student Accountability & Conflict Resolution in October 2021. A native of Purcellville, Virginia, he graduated from James Madison University with a B.S. in Health and Environmental Sciences and a M.Ed. in College Student Personnel Administration. Prior to UNC Charlotte, Collin spent a year and a half at Western Carolina University serving as the Assistant Director of the Department of Student Community Ethics. Collin’s primary role is to educate the campus community on student behavioral incidents while holding students accountable for their decision-making through critical, educational conversations and experiences. He also serves as the primary advisor for the Student Accountability Board. Collin is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education in Adult Education & Community College Leadership at NC State. In his spare time, he loves spending time hiking, camping, and spending time with loved ones.
