So that members of the university community can make informed decisions about involvement opportunities, Student Accountability & Conflict Resolution, in partnership with Fraternity and Sorority Life, Student Involvement, and University Recreation, provides information regarding the prior conduct records of student organizations at the University. Please note this information does not include records that are no longer retained by the University. Additional information about the conduct procedures and organizational educational outcomes can be found in the Code of Student Responsibility.

    • Beginning September 9, 2024, Alpha Tau Omega can petition in writing to the Associate Director of Student Accountability & Conflict Resolution and the Office of Fraternity Life to host three social events with alcohol and/or events with alcohol at third party vendors. In order for the request to be considered, the organization must:
      • Attend a meeting between the Chapter Officers, Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life designee, and Student Accountability & Conflict Resolution designee to discuss the approval of each individual social event with alcohol. Such activities may constitute a violation of sanctions for the chapter and may result in denial of recolonization and/or disciplinary action against individuals. This includes official chapter social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and use of the names/letters/insignia as part of a residence.
  • During the period of Registration Suspension, no member may participate in any type of “underground” fraternal activities concerning Delta Chi. Such activities may constitute a violation of sanctions for the chapter and may result in denial of recolonization and/or disciplinary action against individuals.
  • In order to return to campus, the chapter must regain recognition per the Recognition Guidelines set by the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life and determine a desired return date with the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life.
