Facilitated Resolution

In a Facilitated Resolution, Student Accountability & Conflict Resolution staff will work with the instructor and student to facilitate an agreed upon outcome.

Please note that:

• You do not have to accept the resolution.

• You may take up to three business days to seek out resources, advice, and consider the resolution offered.

• If you accept the resolution, the outcome(s) assigned is final and cannot be appealed.

• If you decline the resolution, the case will be referred to a Formal Resolution.

• Facilitated Resolution outcomes can be reported externally with a student’s consent.
